Pricing & How It Works

  • Every event at BRAD’S can be built from the ground up around your vision, timing and guest experience.

    You can:

    • Build a fully custom quote from scratch, or

    • Use one of our sample packages as a guide only

    Packages are never required. They exist purely to make planning easier if you want a starting point.

    Your choice. Every time.

    • Exclusive venue access: 9:00am – 1:00am

    • Host your event anytime: anytime within this window


    • Supplier bump-in access: from 9:00am

    • Dedicated event coordinator (planning + event day)


    • Digital photo booth (files provided post-event)

    • High-speed WiFi

    • Airconditioning throughout

  • We take care of the details that make events run smoothly:

    • Event planning guidance and run-of-show support

    • In-house food execution

    • Staffing, service and mandatory security

    • On-the-day management and troubleshooting

    You have two clear options:

    In-House Beverage Service (Most Popular)

    • Unlimited Beverage Experiences (Bronze / Silver / Gold)

    • On-consumption tab, open bar or cash bar

    • Packages from $48 + GST per person

    BYO Beverage

    • No per-head corkage

    • Flat handling & logistics fee: $1,000 + GST
      Includes receiving, chilling, storage, stock management and bar coordination.

    Either way — drinks are delivered professionally and seamlessly.

  • If you’d like structure from the outset, we offer sample event packages for cocktail or seated events, designed across 4 to 7 hours.

    These packages:

    • Sit alongside venue hire and bond

    • Can be adapted, shortened or extended

    • Are optional — never a requirement

  • Custom quotes are built clearly and transparently, typically covering:

    • Venue hire

    • In-house food

    We guide you through each component and recommend what’s required — no guesswork, no surprises.

    If your vision extends beyond the essentials — florals, styling, entertainment or lighting — simply share what you’re imagining and we’ll incorporate it into a cohesive, considered quote.

  • 100-Guest Wedding | Seated | 6 Hours | Saturday

    • Food: $145 + GST per person → $14,500 + GST

    • Venue hire (Saturday): $5,800 + GST

    • Bond: refundable (from $1,000 + GST)

    Indicative total (excl. beverages):
    $20,300 + GST + bond

    Beverages are added separately (in-house packages or BYO handling).

  • Conveniently located next door at Wilson Parking, 5 Durham Lane, with direct internal access — ideal for guests, suppliers and late-night events.

    • Park only in bays marked GREEN – Public Parking

    • Take a ticket on entry and bring it inside

    • Validate your ticket at the ground-floor BRAD’S entrance

    • Pay at the self-pay machine on exit (EFTPOS, credit card or cash)

    • ⚠️ The Wilson carpark on the LEFT-hand side of the street is not eligible for discounted parking.

    Discounted parking is available at select times only —

    Monday – Friday | Early Bird

    Enter between 6:00am – 11:00am

    Exit between 2:00pm – 8:00pm

    No validation required

    Monday – Friday | Evening Rate

    Enter after 4:00pm

    Exit by 6:00am the following morning

    $7.50 flat rate

    Saturday – Sunday | All Day

    Enter and exit between 6:00am – 6:00am

    $7.50 flat rate
