1. Emergency Exits and Procedures:

• Emergency Exits:

• Ground Floor: Red double barn doors and single side door

• Upper Floor: Grey double doors to the back rear on the side of the room

• Grey double doors on stairwell, at the rear of the building

• Fire Extinguisher:

• Located at the front and rear of the building on both floors.

• Please familiarize yourself with its location in case of an emergency.

• Assembly Point:

• When warned of a fire in the building you will hear an alarm

• The fire department will automatically be notified

• Follow the Green Exit signs and leave the building

• Assemble outside The Heritage City Life Hotel, opposite the main entrance doors and wait dor the fire department to arrive

• First Aid Kit:

• A first aid kit is available in the kitchen for any medical emergencies.

2. Alcohol and Beverage Policies:

• Guests are not permitted to bring their own alcohol onto the premises. All alcohol must be provided by the venue.

• Alcoholic beverages cannot be taken off the premises once the event has concluded.

3. Smoking & Vaping Policy:

• Smoking & Vaping is not allowed inside the venue and is strictly permitted outside only. Please ensure that all guests smoke in this designated area.

• Please not drinking outdoors is not permitted.

5. Guest Behavior:

• We ask all guests to be respectful of the venue, staff, and others during the event.

• If any guest is found to be intoxicated or disruptive, please notify event staff immediately so that the situation can be addressed promptly.

6. Restrooms:

• Restrooms are located at the back of both the Upper and Ground Floor
