    This option is designed for clients who want full creative and operational control of their event.

    You hire the entire venue and manage your own suppliers, catering, beverages and production.

  • Venue Investment
    $9,500 + GST
    Exclusive use of the entire venue for the day.

    9:00am – 1:00am

    Capacity

    Seated — up to 200 guests
    Cocktail — up to 500 guests

  • The venue provides the core infrastructure and furnishings required to run your event.

    Furniture

    • Trestle tables (long & round)

    • Bar leaners and stools

    • Chairs

    • Lounge seating and side tables

    • Easels for signage

    Bar & Glassware

    • Mobile bar infrastructure and bench space

    • Venue glassware: water, wine, martini, short & tall tumblers

    Venue Facilities

    • Dishwasher, chiller and freezer

    • In-house sound system (Spotify compatible)

    • WiFi

    • On-site parking with internal access

    After the Event

    • Post-event cleaning

    • On-site rubbish removal

    In simple terms — the entire venue is yours to configure and run as you wish.

  • You are free to organise food and beverages in whatever way suits your event.

    Beverages

    You are welcome to BYO beverages.

    BYO applies to the event organiser only and does not permit individual guests to bring alcohol into the venue.

    If alcohol will be sold or included in ticket pricing, a Special Licence is required. We are happy to guide you through this process.

    Food Preparation

    The venue provides bench space, preparation areas and a warmer, however there is no full commercial kitchen on site.

    Food is typically prepared off-site and brought in for service.

    The space works well for:

    • External catering companies

    • Mobile kitchen setups

    • Food stations or pop-up catering

    • Off-site prepared food

    • Family-style catering organised by you

    Your Event Team

    Under the BYO model, the venue becomes a blank canvas for your event team.

    You coordinate your own suppliers including:

    • Catering

    • Beverages

    • Service staff

    • Setup and styling

    • Event service

    • Pack-down

    All suppliers must comply with venue access and operational requirements.

  • Refundable Bond
    $2,000 + GST

    Paid prior to the event and refunded following a post-event venue inspection.

    Security (Mandatory)

    All full venue buyouts require venue security.

    $45 + GST per guard / per hour

    Typically 1 guard per 100 guests.

    Security arrives 30 minutes prior to guest arrival and remains on site to secure the building after the event.

    Optional Services

    AV Enhancements

    Projector & AV Technician — $500 + GST
    Wireless Microphone — $100 + GST

    Pack-Down Service

    $750 + GST

    Our team will reset venue furniture after the event.

    Clients remain responsible for removing all external items brought into the venue.

Our venue floor plans are provided as a guide to possible event layouts rather than fixed configurations.

You are welcome to:

• Remix layouts
• Adapt them to suit your event

We’re also happy to walk through layout ideas together during your site visit.
