In-house Security hosts are required for the duration of your event if liquor is consumed and priced at $38 + GST per hour, per guard
Bond of $1000 is required for all events, excluding photoshoots - refundable within 7 days post event.

A Booking Period of 23 hours, beginning at 10am on the Event Date through to 9am the following day
Permission to hold the event anytime between:
Sunday - Monday 10am - 11pm
Tuesday - Wednesday 10am - 12am
Thursday - Saturday 10am - 1am
A Venue Host to oversee your Event who will be available throughout the duration of your Booking Period for any troubleshooting
BYO Beverage and Catering - no hidden costs
Where liquor is consumed our in-house Security hosts are required for the duration of your event and charged at $38 + GST per hour, per guard

BRAD’S is a BYO dry hire Venue, where staff, food and beverage, tableware, AV etc. need to be organised by you.
Furniture, linens, draping and room partitions are available to hire within.
Alternatively, our event team can organise and manage the entire event for you, enquire here.

Full payment of your Venue Rental Fee and bond (if applicable) is due on confirmation and secures your date in BRAD’S calendar.
Any additional fees, are due 21 days prior to your event.
The bond will be paid back to the Hirer within 7 working days post event if there is no damage to the property and it is left reasonably clean and tidy.
